Steph & Farmer Mark - The Dream Team
They’re the heart of the place. Steph dreams up all the fun we have here and makes sure everyone feels at home. Farmer Mark is the one who shows all our mini explorers the wonders of farm life, from the softest lamb to the tallest sunflower.
Grandad Bobby & Michael - The Garden Wizards
Out in the gardens, Grandad Bobby’s always busy. Whether he’s fixing things, or mowing the lawn, the children call him ‘Grandad Bobby,’ and he’s just as fun as he sounds! Michael, is our kitchen garden expert and groundskeeper with his gentle nature he loves showing the children how to nurture their own fruit and vegetables in the paddock. He's got greenfingers that make the magic happen.
Tara & Gabby - The Nest's Kitchen Stars
Over at The Nest, our cosy café, Tara and Gabby are cooking up a storm. They make sure every meal is yummy, from gooey brownies to the most delicious mac 'n' cheese. They’re all about making food that’s nutritious and tastes great – and they always have a smile and a high-five ready for the children.

Meet Sydney, our dedicated Deputy Manager, who began her journey at Mini Explorers as an Early Years Apprentice. She enjoys supporting children and staff across all rooms, fostering strong connections, and ensuring every child learns, grows, and thrives in a nuturing environment.
Mini Explorers Deputy Manager - Nichola
Nichola has been a valued member of Mini Explorers since 2014 and serves as our Room Manager and Deputy Manager. With extensive qualifications and experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She also plays a vital role as our Nursery SENCo!
