Here’s how to get started with us
We’re thrilled that you’re considering Mini Explorers for your child’s early learning adventure.
Step 1: Get to Know Us
Contact us early to learn more about what makes Mini Explorers the perfect place for your child. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about our curriculum, facilities, or philosophy.
Step 2: Fill Out the Application
Ready to take the next step? Great! Fill out our application form. This form helps us get to know you and your child better and ensures we can tailor our care to meet your child’s needs. We will then understand your requirements and check we have availability for your mini explorer. It's never too early to register!
Step 3: Visit Us
Once availability has been confirmed come along and visit us as after all seeing is believing! We offer tours of our facilities so you and your child can experience the warmth and engagement of our Mini Explorers community first hand. This visit will help you see how we operate and let your child explore the environment they might soon be a part of.
Step 4: Pay your Registration Fee
Once your place has been offered and your non-refundable registration fee has been paid your place will be formally confirmed by email. Places remain open until your place has been confirmed.
Step 5: Confirmation and Contract
Once your registration fee has been paid we will then provide you with a contract to review and sign within five working days. This contract outlines our mutual responsibilities and ensures we're all on the same page regarding your child's care.
Step 6: Settle In
Before the official start date, we invite you and your child to join us for a minimum of three settling-in sessions. These visits help your child become comfortable and familiar with our setting and our staff, easing the transition and making their first day as smooth as possible.

Once everything is set, your child is ready to start their exciting journey with Mini Explorers. Welcome to our community!
